BACKGROUND
Shailey co-founded Lotus Homes Canada, a HCRA-Registered builder, in 2018. Shailey has over 5 years of experience in consultative sales, finance and business management. With a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Economics and Finance, Shailey is Director of Finance and Real Estate at Lotus Homes Canada. Shailey is responsible for Budgeting (perfect for finding your dream home within budget), preparing Comparative Market Analyses (determine the right price to sell/purchase your home), and Sales (your go-to for listing your home!).
WHY REAL ESTATE?
In 2020, Shailey decided she not only wanted to help homebuyers build their dream Lotus Home, but also manage the end-to-end process from procuring land in their ideal location, selling their current home, helping homebuyers determine their requirements and preferences, and more. She subsequently chose to pursue her real estate license, succeeding with a cumulative average of 92% across 6 exams. Shailey is a Real Estate Sales Representative with iPro Realty, one of the fastest growing Real Estate Brokerages in the GTA.
SALES EXPERIENCE
In addition to her work with Lotus Homes Canada, Shailey wears multiple hats - she is also Product Manager at one of the largest building envelope construction companies in North America. Before this, she worked with a cloud software and technology company as Associate Director of Business Development for over 5 years. There, her key responsibilities include managing and training the sales team, along with creating and implementing strategic sales and marketing strategies and innovative processes.
When not at work, Shailey loves traveling and attending music concerts - two things she’s been missing during COVID! She also loves spending time with friends and family, along with raising her golden retriever puppy.
