Rakesh Singh, Ph.D., P.Eng.

Lotus Homes Canada Inc. was founded by Dr. Rakesh Singh in 2018. After an extensive career with over 25 years of experience in climate change and air quality engineering, Rakesh felt inspired to return to his civil engineering roots and founded Lotus Homes Canada. With the support of the Lotus Homes team, he is excited to merge design with construction and engineering to deliver quality homes that homeowners can be proud of.

Rakesh holds a Ph.D. degree from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom, a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from MN National Institute of Technology, Allahabad, India. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Ontario, Canada.

Rakesh is also the co-founder of Lotus Integrated Solutions Inc., a real estate development company registered in Ontario and Lotus Solutions Canada Inc., which provides solutions to air quality, emissions inventories, climate change and sustainable development related issues.
